<p>Thiruvananthapuram: Close on the heels of the Kerala High Court pulling up leaders of the ruling CPI(M) as well as other mainstream political parties for staging stirs, a senior party leader openly flouted the directives against blocking roads.</p><p>CPI(M) senior leader and party Kannur district secretary M V Jayarajan, who inaugurated a sit-in organised by the party in front of the Kannur head post office on Tuesday, said that some may feel sad over the huge participation of thousands of people for such protests that were against the centre.</p><p>He also said that he received a notice from the police in connection with the stir, which was due to court's interventions, and he kept it in his pocket.</p>.Modi govt not 'Neo-Fascist': CPI(M) deviates away from position of other Left parties.<p>Jayarajan, who was earlier sentenced for insulting remarks against judges, also said that he doesn't mind going to the prison again. He also alleged that the media used to blow up his remarks and provoke judges.</p><p>The Kannur town police registered a case against Jayarajan and around 5,000 others who participated in the stir on Tuesday. </p><p>The Kerala High Court recently strongly flayed the CPI(M) and other mainstream political parties for staging demonstrations by blocking roads. Leaders of the political parties had even tendered apologies to avoid contempt actions.</p>
