Speculations are rife that all is not well between Bollywood’s celebrated couple, Govinda and Sunita Ahuja. Sources claim Sunita is clear and firm in her choice to end their marriage, whereas Govinda is eager to make efforts to save the 37-year-long conjugal relation.

Govinda and Sunita have reportedly been staying separately for the past couple of months due to a growing rift. While the exact reason is still unknown, reports cite "irreconcilable differences" after 37 years of relationship.

While Govinda has remained tight-lipped on this issue and has not reacted to this news, Sunita has hinted at the differences. She went on record and said that she now cuts her birthday cake without him, marking another high-profile split in showbiz.

As the news heats up and has started making headlines, Govinda's manager, Shashi Sinha has reacted and told IANS that the report about Sunita filing a legal notice to the court has been floating right now to gain mileage, and is a publicity stunt.

He said, "Right now, the news is being spread all over the place. So we are keeping an eye on it. Yes, she has sent a legal notice to the court. I am aware of that. But there is no concrete matter as to what it is. The legal notice hasn’t yet reached us."

Actor Govinda and Sunita Ahuja tied the knot on March 11, 1987. They are parents to daughter Tina Ahuja and son Yashvardan Ahuja.
