<p>Delhi: Deputy Chief Minister <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/india/karnataka/parameshwara-prepared-congress-manifesto-d-k-shivakumar-3421629">D K Shivakumar</a> is learnt to have told the Congress leadership in the capital that the current organizational set-up in the state should be allowed to continue, to oversee the upcoming local body polls. </p><p>Also, he reportedly reiterated his earlier position seeking a reshuffle in the <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/india/karnataka/lokayukta-report-on-muda-scam-manipulated-for-cm-siddaramaiahs-convenience-kumaraswamy-3419691">Siddaramaiah</a> Cabinet.</p><p>Shivakumar, also the state Congress chief, was in the national capital to invite the party top brass to the foundation laying ceremony of the new Congress Bhawan on Race Course Road in Bengaluru next month.
